BIO - Brenda Allen

   

Brenda Allen has nearly thirty years experience in hospitality and travel industry where she has served in a multitude of roles. Since 1999 has been the owner of Pinnacle Travel Services, a successful Arizona based travel agency primarily serving the corporate clientele from across the United States. In addition to the traditional corporate travel services, Pinnacle provided travel service to the Phoenix 500 Air Races, Cox Communications Air Spectacular, Thunderbird Balloon Classic, Spectrum Golf, The Pinnacle Experience Golf, and The Golf Event Company.

Since entering the meeting and incentive planning industry Brenda has operated as the lead planner, project manager, operational director for meetings and events for some of the most recognized global brands. These meetings and events have been conducted throughout North America, Hawaii, Mexico, and Central America ranging in size from a few executives to over 3,000 attendees.

Within APMI Brenda’s focus is planning and operations where her subject matter expertise, attention to detail, and organizational abilities provides the greatest value to clients. In this capacity Brenda has: developed budgets, consulted on site selection, negotiated hotel contracts, secured and administered air and ground travel, created and implemented themed dinners and banquets, contracted off site activities and excursions, and provided managerial and operational insight to nearly every aspect of a meeting and special event.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Brenda has been involved with many community, charitable, and professional organizations including but not limited to: Leukemia Society, American Cancer Society, Arizona Save the Family, AZ Women in Travel, Business Networking International, Business by Referral, International Airlines Travel Agent Network, and the Mesa and Chandler, Arizona Chambers of Commerce.
