After nearly 30 years in the hospitality, travel, and event planning industry Brenda Allen founded APMI to enable her to deliver her extensive expertise in planning and implementing meetings and incentive events to corporate world. Taking the lessons learned, best practices, and her wealth of professional relationships Brenda envisioned the opportunity to create a full service meeting planning and incentive company that would provide clear and unambiguous value to APMI clientele.

APMI was founded on the principles of working closely with each client, asking probing open ended questions, preparing and presenting multiple alternatives, developing and communicating viable operational plans, supporting contract negotiations, and flawlessly executing agreed upon timelines, while keeping within the client’s financial parameters.

The APMI recipe may sound simple however, the expertise and operational insight that makes a meeting or event a total success is achieved and realized over time. Each operational element is used in direct proportion to the value that it represents to the client. If the value proposition of a location, service, product, or vendor is unclear, APMI will surface the issue, collect the facts, and in close coordination with the client evaluate options to ensure the client is obtaining maximum value.

APMI personnel are industry professionals who have chosen to excel within this industry. When APMI personnel are supporting a client, the knowledge, skills, and abilities to deliver a robust event, tailored to meet the clients’ precise operational and financial requirements are actively involved along each step of the process. Since 1990 APMI staff members have been providing meeting planning and incentive services for a myriad of corporate clientele. Several of these clients represent many recognized global brands and leaders within their unique market segment.
